Paragliding is an adventurous activity suited to those who are prepare to take a level of risk in search of unique and exciting experiences.

As pilots, we track the weather forecasts, looking out for flyable conditions that often come at short notice. Having flexible availability and being relatively close to your flying school helps progress.

The cost of a new paraglider and harness is similar to the cost of an e-bike. It's not a particularly suitable hobby if you are on a very tight budget. You need good equipment to fly safely.

Snowdonia is one of the most beautiful, varied and exciting places to fly in the UK. It is not the easiest place to learn but our local pilots have shown that if you meet the challenges of flying well over these mountains, you will have the skills to fly anywhere in the world.
